Gentle joint decompression inside a full-service wellness center.
Knee Decompression at Allt House
You notice it on stairs first. Then getting out of the car. Then you're picking restaurants by how far the walk is from the parking lot, and you realize your knee has been quietly making decisions for you.
Most people in that spot get told to take something for it, get a shot, or start thinking about replacement. Knee decompression is worth trying before any of that.

What Knee Decompression Does
We use the Knee on Trac system, which applies gentle distraction forces to the knee joint. That temporarily separates the joint surfaces and reduces the compressive stress that builds up over years of walking, working, and wear.
Taking that pressure off may improve mobility and ease discomfort. No medications, no injections, no surgery.
What a Session Looks Like
You'll start with a consult and evaluation so we can confirm decompression makes sense for your knee. Not every knee is a candidate, and we'd rather find that out before you commit to a series.
The session itself is seated. You're comfortable while the Knee on Trac applies controlled decompression to the joint. Most people find it easy, and plenty of them spend the time on their phone.
Sessions run about 20 to 30 minutes. A series is usually recommended, since the response builds over repeat visits rather than showing up all at once.

What It May Help
- ◆May help reduce knee pain and stiffness
- ◆May decrease pressure in the joint and improve mobility
- ◆May support healthy movement and better exercise tolerance
Knee decompression commonly addresses knee osteoarthritis and degenerative joint changes. It's also helpful for overuse pain, mild meniscal irritation, and difficulty walking, squatting, or climbing stairs.
Appropriateness is confirmed during your exam. Individual results vary.

Who It's For
Knee decompression is worth asking about if you:
- ◆Have knee pain that's been building for years rather than showing up overnight
- ◆Have been told you have arthritis or degenerative changes in the knee
- ◆Struggle with stairs, squatting, or walking any real distance
- ◆Are active and dealing with overuse pain that won't settle down
- ◆Want to try something before considering injections or replacement
Your Knee Isn't Working Alone
A knee that hurts changes how you walk, and how you walk changes your hips and your back. That's why we don't look at the joint in isolation.
Chiropractic care keeps the rest of the chain moving properly. Massage therapy helps the muscles around the knee stop compensating. Body sculpting and medical weight loss take load off the joint entirely, which matters more for knees than almost anywhere else in the body.
All of it is in the same building. That's the whole reason we built Allt House this way.
