Chiropractic care in Port St. Lucie.
Feel Better. Look Better. Live Fully.
Move better, live better. Precise, root-cause care that treats what's causing the pain — not just the pain itself.

Husband-and-wife chiropractic physicians, Dr. Matt & Dr. Brooke Persons.
Root cause, not symptom management.
Chiropractic care at Allt House is precise, whole-body, and led by husband-and-wife chiropractic physicians Dr. Matt and Dr. Brooke Persons — chiropractic physicians (D.C.), not medical doctors. Every plan begins with a thorough evaluation so we treat what's actually driving the pain, not just where it shows up. The goal isn't a quicker pain-free week — it's your body moving and feeling the way it's supposed to.

Gonstead Chiropractic Care
A specific, thorough method built on detailed spinal analysis and precise adjustments — care aimed at the root cause, not the symptom.
The Gonstead System, developed by Dr. Clarence Gonstead, is one of the most respected approaches in chiropractic. It's built on a simple idea: adjust only what needs to be adjusted, and adjust it precisely. When spinal joints don't move the way they should, they can contribute to irritation, tension, and dysfunction. Restoring proper movement supports nervous system function and the way your body works as a whole.
Your evaluation may include a health history, postural analysis, static and motion palpation, instrumentation, orthopedic and neurological testing, and X-ray analysis when clinically appropriate. What to expect: a consult and exam, then specific adjustments to only the areas that need correction.
- ◆May help reduce neck and back discomfort
- ◆May improve posture and alignment
- ◆May restore joint mobility and reduce tension and stiffness
- ◆May improve movement and overall function
- ◆Supports preventative care and long-term spinal health
Care is tailored to each patient. Individual results vary.

Spinal Decompression
A non-surgical alternative to medications, injections, or surgery for the low back, neck, sciatica, and disc issues.
Spinal decompression gently stretches the spine to reduce pressure on the discs, nerves, and surrounding structures. The negative pressure created in the discs supports nutrient exchange and the body's natural healing response.
What to expect: a consult and exam to confirm decompression is appropriate for you. During the session, you lie comfortably on a decompression table while gentle, computerized traction targets the affected area. About 20 to 30 minutes per session. A series is often recommended for the strongest response.
- ◆May help relieve neck and back pain
- ◆May reduce pressure on discs and nerves
- ◆May ease sciatica discomfort and improve mobility
- ◆May reduce tension and stiffness
- ◆Commonly addresses herniated or bulging discs, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, chronic pain, pinched nerves, and facet syndrome
Appropriateness is confirmed during your exam. Individual results vary.

Knee Decompression
A non-surgical option for chronic knee pain, age-related wear and tear, and discomfort that's holding you back from what you love.
Using the Knee on Trac system, gentle distraction forces are applied to the knee joint, temporarily separating the joint surfaces and reducing compressive stress. That relief may improve mobility and ease discomfort — without medications, injections, or surgery.
What to expect: a consult and evaluation, then a seated session while the Knee on Trac applies controlled decompression. About 20 to 30 minutes per session. A series is often recommended for the strongest response.
- ◆May help reduce knee pain and stiffness
- ◆May decrease pressure in the joint and improve mobility
- ◆May support healthy movement and better exercise tolerance
- ◆Commonly addresses knee osteoarthritis and degenerative joint changes
- ◆Helpful for overuse pain, mild meniscal irritation, and difficulty walking, squatting, or climbing stairs
Appropriateness is confirmed during your exam. Individual results vary.

Dry Needling
Targeted release of the muscle knots that hold on to stress, posture, and old injuries.
Dry needling uses thin, sterile needles to target myofascial trigger points — the muscle knots that develop from stress, repetitive movement, posture, exercise, or injury. Releasing them can decrease tension, improve mobility, and support recovery.
What to expect: a focused assessment, then thin sterile needles placed in specific muscles and trigger points. A brief twitch or mild cramp often signals the muscle actually releasing. About 30 to 45 minutes. Mild soreness for a day or two — similar to how you'd feel after a good workout — is normal.
- ◆May help relieve muscle tension and tightness
- ◆May improve range of motion and reduce soreness
- ◆Supports recovery and aids athletic performance
- ◆Commonly addresses neck, back, shoulder, hip, and glute tightness
- ◆Helpful for tension headaches, sciatica-related tension, plantar fasciitis, and tennis elbow
Mild soreness for a day or two is normal. Individual results vary.
